Prato dispone di un numero consistente di agriturismi se paragonato al resto delle strutture ricettive pratesi . Per lo più situati in periferia negli agriturismi non viene mai a mancare un contatto più diretto e familiare col proprietario. Allo stesso tempo è possibile degustare vini o consumare prodotti tipici di Prato. Una maggiore concentrazione di agriturismo la troviamo nella provincia di Vernio e di Cantagallo, due zone a nord di Prato. Altre due aree altrettanto valide per alloggiare in agriturismo sono Poggio a Caiano e Carmignano famose per suoi vigneti ed i suoi pregiati vini .
