The key collection takes place in person, just in some circumstances it is possible to collect key with safety box (self check-in).
During the check-in an identity document will be required for each guest of the house.
The laws on Short Term require the signing of a contract upon arrival which you can download here.
KEY COLLECTION SAFETY BOX
(The key box is located on the floor of the apartment, therefore inside the building, it will be necessary to make a telephone appointment to open the main door of the building)
Instructions:
- Double-sided sending of an identity document.
- You will receive the 4 number code required for the safety box located on the floor of the apartment.
- Telephone appointment (Whatsapp/Telegram) to open the door of the building remotely.
- Once at home, fill in and sign the contract you will find on the table (which you can download here).
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOUSE
The set of keys consists of: Apartment key (square head), building key (round head) and key to a small safe in the bedroom.
Check-in is after 13.00 and before 20.00
Check-out is within 10.00 (check-out is by leaving the keys on the table and closing the door behind you).
Behind the apartment door you can find the Wifi Password.
In the house you will find everything for cooking (pots, dishes, etc.) but nothing edible (oil, salt, etc.).

To turn on the fridge, just turn the knob inside.
It is not possible to organize parties or to let unregistered people enter the house.
On the internal door of the apartment it is possible to find the instructions for rubbish collection. Apartments 121 and 122 have the bins outside the kitchen window, 123 under the sink. In every apartment there is a brown container with clean bags inside that you can use (black bags for undifferentiated waste, blue for plastic and small bags for wet waste).
Apartment 122 (all bathroom drains) and 123 (all bathroom and kitchen drains) use Sanitrit electric pumps for drains, be careful what you throw in, only organic waste and toilet paper are allowed in the bathrooms and only water in the kitchen. In the event of blockage, repair costs will be charged.
In the case of the 3rd and/or 4th person, linen are in the wardrobe.
